“Wonderful motel”

“Good if you want to stay at a casino. Bad if you don't.”

“The staff were super, very helpful and nice. However, They need to do a good deep cleaning and they need to remodel. Fairly run down and many things are degrading such as furniture in the rooms. The lobby is an exception, it is nicely kept and maintenanced. The breakfast is definitely not worth $14.95 a person. Underwhelming for that price. The price of the stay was not worth it, being that it was fairly dirty and needs remodeling/upgrading improvements. The staff was definitely the bright part……

“They do not accept Expedia. If you make a reservation with Expedia and pay for it, that's too bad, as they won't accept it and you'll have to pay again and then go back and deal with Expedia. "Not our problem." I basically paid $10 more for the night than what I was quoted via Expedia. Was I scammed? How would I ever know. No ice machine. Rooms were clean but dated. The toilet seat was loose, and the TP holder had fallen off the wall. People were talking in the hallway late at……

“I booked this hotel through Expedia in April and I put my trust in them with my reservation. So the day I was set to arrive the hotel was NOT the hotel I reserved. Apparently the Days Inn in El Paso IL is permanently closed and has been for 4/5 years!!! So why put it on the site if it’s not there. I’m still waiting to hear back from Expedia for my refund and even they were hard to find. I hope this doesn’t happen to any one else.”
